Refund, Return, and Shipping Policy
Welcome to my shop! Please review the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and shipping before making a purchase.
Refunds & Returns
- All Sales are Final: Due to the unique and original nature of my artwork, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable unless an item arrives damaged.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hrs of delivery. Include:
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damage to the item and packaging
- Your order number
- Upon review, I may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at my discretion.
- I may require the return of the item before a replacement, store credit, or refund is issued.
- Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after payment is received and cleared.
- Shipping Carrier & Tracking: Artwork is shipped via reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Please make sure the email you use at checkout is the best one for me to relay any information about your purchase.
- I generally send out a verification email after purchase. However, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information.
- A signature will be required for all orders upon delivery.
- International Shipping: I am currently unable to ship orders outside the United States due to recent changes in national tariffs and related policies. I apologize to my international supporters, and I will review this policy as circumstances change.
